Zoom is our new video/web conferencing and online classroom tool available to all Suffolk students, faculty, and staff.
To start using Zoom, choose the correct download specific to your device
How to Sign into Zoom
Step 1
Launch the Zoom Application
Step 2
Click the "Sign In" button
Step 3
Click the "Login with SSO" button
Step 4
When prompted enter "suffolk" and click continue
Step 5
Sign in with your Suffolk email account and password

Does Your Computer Need A Webcam or Microphone?
If you are a Suffolk employee and require a webcam or microphone headset to use with Zoom, please contact the Service Desk to request one. You can contact the Service Desk by phone at (617) 557-2000, or by email at servicedesk@suffolk.edu.

Students who would like to to purchase a webcam or headset microphone to use with Zoom are encouraged to view Zoom’s list of compatible hardware here.
